IMshopping will begin hiring from their site starting on October 27th. They will be inviting community members to become paid Shopping Assistant Guides at that time. In order to be invited, you must answer 25 questions on the site to showcase your research skills. Shopping guides are invited every week to become a paid guide.
They also have various contests running in which you can win cash or gift cards (your choice). Currently being run is a contest where you can win $50 if your question is deemed "Most Interesting" or "Most Active". You have to ask 10 questions to be entered to win. This contest will be run weekly.
I have been a shopping assistant for IM shopping and I have to tell you it is really fun!. If you get awarded best answer you can earn $2 for few minutes of your time. You can answer questions any time. There is no set schedule although you will get more questions during the day than at night. I tried everything in order to become a Shopping Assistant, but still didn't receive any invites =/
They are still hiring. I would stay active on the site, asking and answering questions. Please let me know if you need any in making your answers more attractive.
