1. A degree from an accredited four year college or university and at least one year as a professional editor and/or proofreader.
2. A graduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

• Experience writing academic papers on various subjects

Well, everyone knows it takes time to build a community. A forum which is just starting out needs help from posters to keep the conversations flowing. It takes time and lot of advertising to build a community where the posts keep coming everyday in various topics. To fast track this process lot of forums are now looking for paid posters.
