Online Content Editor for Fashion/Home/Beauty

Los Angeles based Internet Brands, Inc. is looking for an online shopping guru to help us write creative marketing copy to pitch to online shoppers who visit our portfolio of shopping websites.

This is a freelance opportunity that will allow you to work from home with a flexible approach to scheduling after initial in-house training.

Responsibilities:

• Write and publish outstanding marketing content that drives online shoppers to our rapidly growing shopping websites.
• Find, research, and review new women’s products with writing that provides an informative and interesting point of view
• Publish original product and brand content for our merchant partners on Internet Brands sites.
• Incorporate deals and coupons from a variety of channels into the product offering.

Qualifications:

• Passion for and knowledge of trendy women’s products in a variety of categories including fashion, home, beauty, and life.
• Online writing experience, preferably in creating marketing copy.
• Sophisticated online shopper with experience using coupons or other discounts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality content creation.
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills.

Content Researcher

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• Experience working with data, content or market research.
• Very comfortable using the Internet and Excel.
• Sharp and intuitive self starter.
• Attention to detail and efficient.
• Passion for the web.
• Knowledge, passion and/or expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
  • Finance
  • Mortgage Lending
  • Pets
  • Do-it-yourself/Home Improvement
  • Cars/Automotive
  • Travel

We are looking for someone to work anywhere from 24 – 34 hours a week between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday. We can be somewhat flexible with schedule.
