Online Tutoring Positions

BRAINFUSE Corporation (www.brainfuse.com), a premier eLearning provider, seeks tutors in the following subjects: 

Essay Writing/Career Writing/ESL, 
Microbiology
Accounting, 
Statistics, 
Organic Chemistry, 
Chemistry,
Physics, and
Calculus.

All tutoring is done online and tutors are required to have internet -- preferably high speed internet. Tutors are required to have completed their Bachelors degree. The general tutoring rate is $10 per hour, $10-12 for writing and history, and $10-13 for math and science tutors. 
Microbiology tutors start at $11/hour.
Accounting tutors start at $12 per hour
Statistics tutors start at $12 per hour.
There are opportunities for advancement and unlimited tutoring hours based on tutor availability and subject proficiency.

Social Search Engine Evaluator

Social Search Engine Evaluators will need to combine a passion for analysis with an understanding of various online research tools. Applicants must be detail oriented and have a broad range of interests. 

Ideal Social Search Engine Evaluators will possess the following skills: 
• Have in-depth, up-to-date familiarity with American social culture, media, and web culture 
• An avid user of Twitter with a high level of proficiency 
• Avid Gmail user with a Google profile 
• Experience with other Google products is preferred 
• Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English 
• Broad range of interests, with specific areas of expertise a plus 
• University degree or equivalent experience (degrees in-progress are acceptable). Advanced degrees a plus 
• Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities. 
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision 
• Possess a high speed internet connection (DSL, Cable Modem, etc.) 

Social Search Engine Evaluators provide feedback on search engine results by measuring the relevance and usefulness of web pages in correlation to predefined queries, by providing comparative analysis of sets of search engine results and various other techniques. 

All candidates are required to take and pass a two-part qualification exam before becoming a Social Search Engine Evaluator. Part 1 of the exam contains 32 theory based questions. Part 2 of the exam contains 144 simulated evaluation tasks. Supplied study materials can be used during both parts of the exam.
